Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. 1. Subscriptions 
  2. - Once a subscription is activated, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  3. - Users are advised to review subscription plans, features, and pricing before purchase. 
  4. - Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. 

  6. 2. Dealer/Agent Services 
  7. Fees paid for onboarding, listing, advertising, promotional activities, or other dealer/agent services are non-refundable, except in the following limited circumstances: 
  8. - A duplicate payment was made. 
  9. - A technical error occurred during the transaction, verified by ZeProp. ZeProp reserves the right to assess and validate refund claims on a case-by-case basis. 

  11. 3. Cancellation 
  12. - Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their ZeProp dashboard. 
  13. - Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and services will remain accessible until then. 
  14. - Partial or pro-rata refunds are not provided for cancellations made mid-cycle. 

  16. 4. Refund Processing 
  17. - Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. 
  18. - ZeProp is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banks, or third-party service providers.

  23. 6. Grievance Redressal 
  24. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology (ECommerce) Rules, 2020, ZeProp shall act as the Grievance Redressal Authority for all users.

  26. - All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours, and a resolution will be provided within 30 days, as per applicable law.

  29. ZeProp reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
