ZeProp is a B2B real estate platform enabling dealers, agents, and developers to collaborate, list, as well as access additional services such as leasing, loan facilitation, and more.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

4. Fees & Subscription

Subscription fees and commission charges are clearly displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice. All fees are non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ZeProp.com, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of ZeProp and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• List fraudulent properties
• Engage in spam or unsolicited messages
• Misuse platform data
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Termination

ZeProp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZeProp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Delhi.
